The candidate will provide secure exam delivery, confidentiality, and superior customer service in a comfortable and friendly environment. To be successful in this position, candidates will be required to complete three annual high-stakes qualification exams and maintain certifications by consistently following exam protocol and participating in department-supported professional development.
