The Product Tester III is responsible for conducting thorough, end-to-end testing. What You Will Do: Manage to agreed-upon goals and objectives, including schedules, milestones, and costs Lead less experienced Testers in an onshore/offshore model through functional and non-functional testing Contribute to process improvement initiatives and lead by example to meet schedule and scope commitments Collaborate with development team members to understand requirements Present design and business process concepts for customer validation and team knowledge transfer purposes Be a thought leader in advancing the technology stack Monitor resources and interim deliverables using agile Scrum-style communications What You Will Need: Education and Experience Typically requires 8-10 years of experience Typically requires a college degree or equivalent experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The ideal candidate for this role will have: Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing J2EE systems and developing system requirements and design specifications. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English Must have exposure to Test management tools, Automation tools, and techniques Good listener and communicator Positive “can-do" attitude, well organized, focused on achieving results cost-effectively Experience using MSSQL Server and MySQL Self-starter with a sense of initiative and perseverance to deliver high-quality work Ability to lead by example The ability to produce quick turnaround and do smart testing in support of hotfix demands, as well as operate per a planned schedule Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Management System Reporting Relationships: Reports to a senior manager.
