Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and test equipment.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications and follow standard work procedures
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to quality standards.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior assembly, testing, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Perform all functional, leak, and performance testing on assigned product families.
  • Follow samples, written instructions, schematics, and verbal guidance for testing procedures.
  • Set up, operate, and verify proper working condition of test stands, fixtures, gauges, and related equipment in accordance with Quality and Environmental Systems guidelines.
  • Check and confirm that teste equipment is calibrated and functioning correctly before use.
  • Record test data, results, defects, and product identification information accurately.
  • Perform light assembly and sub-assembly work on units prior to testing as required
  • Make minor adjustments to ensure proper fit, alignment, and performance before testing workflows
  • Assist in repair, rework, or troubleshooting of units that fail test or inspection.
  • Inspect parts, assemblies, and finished units for defects, shortages, or non-standard conditions.
  • Report any issues, inconsistencies, or equipment malfunctions to supervision.
  • Follow all quality control procedures and document nonconforming material using required forms
  • Set up testing equipment, hoses, fixtures, valves, and measurement devices required for various product families.
  • Perform required preventive maintenance on test equipment and workstations
  • Keep machinery and testing areas clean, safe, and in proper working order.
  • Complete all required paperwork, including test records, stock requests, scrap reporting, and quality forms.
  • Move parts assemblies, and product through designated stages using hand or powered equipment when required.
  • Follow all environmental, quality and safety guidelines, including M&M Quality and Environmental systems required.
