Location: Remote, VA BE is looking for a Tester/Business Analyst to support our customer at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA). Under minimal direction, that candidate will perform software testing, support requirements development, develop technical documentation and perform other activities to support the successful implementation of software. The candidate is expected to work independently, reaching out as needed to subject matter experts for technical guidance and communicating with management the status of milestones and any challenges. To keep breaking barriers and redefining what's possible, we’re looking for candidates with the following exceptional technical capabilities:

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience testing complex software systems
• Experience with federal procurement business processes
• Experience testing Unison PRISM, Oracle APEX and UiPath bots
• Understanding of relational databases and querying via SQL

Responsibilities

• Assess requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria and develop/execute comprehensive test cases to validate the requirements
• Support the development and refinement of requirements based on conversation with end users and subject matter experts
• Analyze and assess potential system changes
• Support the development of SDLC artifacts such as design notes
• Provide expertise and insight to support other areas of the program such as help desk and training teams
