Position Summary As a DC (Direct Current) Test Engineer at Samsung Austin Semiconductor, the candidate will work with advanced technologies and devices. The role involves providing essential feedback to the fab based on DC test results. The candidate is expected to ensure the highest level of accuracy in test results through program troubleshooting, equipment troubleshooting, device characterization, and benchmarking with Samsung Korea.

Requirements

  • BS/MS Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in parametric testing (preferred 3+ years).
  • Knowledge of test structures and test methodologies.
  • Ability to interpret and modify code on various platforms including Basic, PERL, and UNIX.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Integrity, good teamwork skills, flexibility, strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency on the job are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a wafer probe manufacturing environment is recommended (Keysight ATE and TEL prober knowledge is a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Optimize test environment programs for DC testers.
  • Ensure accurate and repeatable test results.
  • Help troubleshoot equipment problems.
  • Help sustain floor operations.
