We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Test Technician to support our Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing testing on Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) and data loggers by following defined Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs). This role involves updating ATPs to maintain accuracy, collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, and working cross-functionally to ensure production goals are met.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a test or manufacturing environment working with electronic components or systems.
  • Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, multimeters, Power supplies, data acquisition tools).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and test procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within and ERP system.
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data entry/reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Perform testing of PCBAs and data loggers in accordance with current ATPs.
  • Update and maintain ATPs to ensure testing processes remain accurate and effective.
  • Collaborate directly with Engineering to troubleshoot both process-related and product performance issues.
  • Support production teams cross-functionally to meet delivery schedules and resolve test-related challenges.
  • Document test results and communicate any test failures or anomalies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, reliability, and efficiency.
