Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable vehicle
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic /mechanical components and subassemblies
Effective technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to plan, schedule, and monitor the progress of projects
Ability to maintain data entries utilizing various CRM and ERP database tools
Strong ability to maintain effectiveness with changing priorities/assignments
Must possess a strong attention to detail, accountability, and self-motivation
Ability to work with outside vendors and schedule test lab facilities
Extensive local day travel likely; Minimal overnight travel required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to understand written and verbal instructions in English
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 25 lbs.
Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus
General knowledge of workplace safety, a plus

Nice To Haves

Ability to review engineering drawings and work with CAD tool (SolidWorks) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Work with engineering in coordinating project activities, project reporting and scheduling
Act as primary point of contact for engineering testing requests
Responsible for effectively planning, organizing cost estimating, securing and managing of resources to bring about the successful completion of engineering project goals and objectives
Perform engineering test tasks as well as that of a liaison role between team members
Support testing aspects of various product development projects from the planning to the delivery phase, including the stakeholders and communication
