WHAT WE’RE DOING We specialize in Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) that provide advanced capabilities to serve the defense industry. Our RMS Training and Logistic Solutions (TLS) are designed to meet the unique needs of our customers, offering unparalleled performance, reliability, and versatility. We provide comprehensive support throughout the entire system lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and maintenance. With a focus on innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we are committed to delivering RMS solutions that exceed expectations and set new standards for performance and reliability. THE WORK Provide technical support to engineers by performing moderately complex assignments independently. Gather, format, compile, and manipulate technical data such as laboratory or material test results and engineering design changes. Conduct and record test activities to support engineering evaluations and analysis. Perform detailed mathematical calculations using established formulas and preliminary data analysis following established guidelines. Interpret data in areas such as trajectory adequacy and model dimensional consistency, and make sound quantitative judgments. Produce high-quality engineering documentation, reports, and drawings including flow charts, block diagrams, and schematics. Use personal computers and software tools to analyze data and generate technical documentation and reports. Research technical assignments and processes; analyze results and may develop and present recommendations. May lead or provide direction to junior personnel or technicians. In technical or production roles, may determine appropriate methods, sequences, or operations; contribute to product or equipment development and modification based on requirements. WHO WE ARE Our functional group, the Production Operations Test Technicians, is composed of 7 professionals with a common purpose to provide the pilots of the United States and our Allies with high quality pilot training devices. We are the connection between each program’s development engineers who integrate new capabilities into subsystems and the remainder of our Production Operations organization who create high quality products in repeatable processes. We have a unique role that gains expertise in both deployable hardware and deployable software. WHO YOU ARE As a Production Operations Test Technician, you understand the interoperability of subsystems within the system that you produce. While integration engineers may know their subsystem better you, no one on the program knows the entire system better than you. Government customers, program managers, and other engineers come to you when they need a holistic assessment. You are curious and maybe a bit of a tinkerer, but you know how to focus your efforts to provide a high-quality product that is on time and within budget. WHY JOIN US When you join our team, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment that values collaboration, growth, and innovation. We offer opportunities for training and development to help you build your career. Our mission-driven organization is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world, and we're looking for talented and passionate individuals to help us achieve our goals.
