About The Position
Come join us, this position is eligible for a $5,000 sign on bonus In person on site interviews will be conducted with our Hiring Managers in our State of the Art Manufacturing Facility. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. These positions work a 9/80 work schedule with every other Friday off! -Shifts available: 1st (limited), 2nd and 3rd shifts These shifts will include an additional Pay Premium. -2nd shift- 3:30pm-2am +10% Pay premium OR 3rd shift- 8:00pm-3am +15% Pay premium You don’t see it, but it’s there. Able to perform the following: Trouble shoot to component level Document testing and troubleshooting with a non-conformance Work collaboratively with peers and Engineering. Use all commercial test equipment such spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, power meters, oscilloscopes and multi meters. Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Testing experience (RF, Electronics)
- Must be able to obtain secret clearance
- Has a good working knowledge of electronic circuitry and RF theory
- Must be able to read and understand schematic diagrams and drawings
Nice To Haves
- 2-4 years experience in RF/Electronics Testing
