Test Technician Build, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and electromechanical assemblies; per applicable documentation and quality workmanship standards. Who are we? Document testing and record test results. Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics Solder various components to PCB Assemblies. Trouble shooting know how & knowledge base to discuss with assemblers & engineers. Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members. Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area. Perform other assignments as required

Requirements

  • Associates degree in electronics technology preferred, or 3 or more years in manufacturing setting with knowledge of products
  • 3 - 6 months experience
  • Basic computer skills (Excel and Word).
  • Basic Access skills per location requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring drawings and schematic diagrams
  • Basic soldering skills
  • Abilities listed in General Requirements of Team Members
  • Vocational, High school diploma, or general education degree (GED); or 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Perform tests in accordance with test procedures.
  • Document testing and record test results.
  • Knowledge of basic electricity and electronics
