About The Position

This position relates to all operations that include assembly, testing, and packaging of the products. Additional responsibilities include inspection, engineering support, troubleshooting and quality control. Ability to lift to 65 lbs. is required.

Responsibilities

Set up and perform tests on Control Board PCBs, BMS Board PCBs, Manifolds, PRVs, HEXs, and Wall Hung units to ensure quality and durability of material and component parts.
Setup coils assembly for ASME testing.
Run Laser machine to create ASME tag as per the procedure.
With limited supervision, debug and isolate problems, and gather information to feed back to team members within the Test & Assembly Departments.
Generate test reports from data collected during testing.
Disassemble and assemble HEXs and its components with extreme precision and attention to detail.
Provide hands-on troubleshooting and upgrade support for existing production testing in a real time environment.
Communicate relevant information between and across departments.
Pay close attention to details, but also understand the bigger picture and how the details fit into it.
Keep an eye out for ways to improve processes.
Achieve goals independently, but also know when to ask for help.
Manage multiple activities and priorities effectively.
Cross train to assist on assembly, packaging of the products, product support troubleshooting & additional testing processes.
When required, help assembling teams to assemble HEX, Wall hung and Floor units.
Perform other duties as assigned.
