About The Position

EBAD seeks a Test Technician, reporting to the ATL Test Lead. This is a Second shift position located in Moorpark, CA. Responsibilities The Test Technician position supports electrical and mechanical testing of our non-energetic product lines. Duties include: Test evaluation, set-up and performance Equipment preventive maintenance and calibration Test data reporting and plotting Equipment troubleshooting and repair Primary responsibility will be evaluation, set-up and performance of electrical tests, mechanical loading and proofing. Testing will be performed in accordance with written procedures, MIL-STD’s and industry specifications. Test data will be generated to support customer requirements. Occasional heavy lifting (25 lbs.) and overtime may be required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Associate Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred).
• Candidates must be able to work independently and interface with individuals at multiple levels in the organization.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem solving and communication skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to interpret and execute test requirements provided in written specifications.
• Experience working in an aerospace industry is preferred.
