Responsibilities

• Navigates through different servers to locate materials for different assignments.
• Reads electronic schematics from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly.
• Reads machinery manual and technical document to aid in trouble shooting equipment process issues.
• Reads Bills of Materials to identify common SMT parts and works with manufacturing and engineering to identify, assemble and replace listed components as necessary.
• Reads mechanical drawings from the discrete PCB component level up to complete module assembly.
• Hand solder through hole components and modules.
• Hand solder Surface Mount Technology (SMT) components and modules.
• Hand solder and rework using a microscope to fine pitch down to 0402 and prefer 0201
• Rework using PACE, Dragon or other BGA/Flip Chip rework station
• Troubleshoots using test equipment through hole PCB's down to the discrete component level.
• Troubleshoots using test equipment SMT, to include surface mount PCB's down to the discrete component level.
• Organize and clean workplace areas and tech bench.
