This position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 AM to 3:00 PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 21% pay premium. Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. In this 4th Shift (Weekend Days) Test Technician position in the SFFS/TACAIR Microwave Factory you will make impacts in the following ways: Test and Tune Microwave Modules to meet customer requirements. Provide technical advice and assistance to engineers in the development or modification of electronic assemblies and Sub-assemblies in the MW Factory. Develop Process improvements in the work cells of the manufacturing Factory to improve quality, cost and schedule. The individual will assist Product Engineers in developing tune patterns to allow modules to meet Specifications without extensive tuning reducing HPU’s.
