You’ll work closely with a team dedicated to ensuring quality and reliability in our innovative products.

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in a product testing environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (AS degree preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to read and explain schematics.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of electronic communication protocols (RS232, RS485, J1708, CAN bus, Ethernet) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic systems and components.
  • Perform component-level repairs on customer-returned products.
  • Set up and configure test fixtures, mechanical/electrical controls, cabling, and power sources.
  • Solder through-hole and surface mount components.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Evaluate digital content for proper formatting.
  • Ensure all work is conducted in ESD-protected areas.
  • Use logical reasoning to diagnose and solve technical issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance on testing equipment.
  • Maintain OSHA safety compliance at all times.
