About The Position

As a Quality Test Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our production schedules align with our objectives of cost, quality, and lead time. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to production schedules while maintaining our quality standards, enforcing compliance with our Quality System and implementing defined processes to achieve the required quality levels, organizing training programs to address the needs of your team, contributing to the improvement of industrial processes with support from various functions, and managing your team effectively, including goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and promoting well-being.

Requirements

  • Ability to read BOMs and wiring diagrams.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with ISO9000 standards.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience and skills will be considered.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
