Volt Workforce Solutions is seeking multiple Test Operators for immediate hire in Fremont, CA. As a Test Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of servers and racks. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting quality tests on various server units, monitoring the test progress throughout the testing cycle, and identifying any failed servers. You will also be responsible for checking out test-passed server racks and moving them to the hi-pot station before returning them to the storage area. In the event of failure issues, you will issue reports, conduct re-tests, and send failed units to the debug team for further analysis. This position is a long-term temporary role with the potential for permanent placement, and we are hiring for both day and night shifts, specifically from 8 am to 5 pm and 5 pm to 1:30 am.
