About The Position

The position involves performing a variety of inspection procedures to ensure quality levels at various stages of manufacturing, aiming to meet or exceed established standards. The role supports organizational goals in achieving total customer satisfaction by ensuring that products meet quality assurance standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Secondary/High School education or Certificate Diploma
• 1+ years of experience, preferably in Quality

Nice To Haves

• PCBA experience
• Ability to use measurement equipment
• Familiarity with SMT and ability to identify components
• Knowledge of IPC 610 and preferred IPC certification
• Familiarity with First Piece and First Article process

Responsibilities

• Inspect in-process or finished production assemblies and sub-assemblies for conformance to quality assurance standards
• Determine acceptance or rejection or rework requirements of a part based on blueprints, engineering change notices, or established operating procedures
• Evaluate new procedures for non-standard tests and perform special set-up on new equipment
• Assist others in correcting or preventing deficiencies in quality or workmanship
• Provide work direction to other inspectors
• Understand customer expectations and drive actions to meet them
• Perform first article process
• Identify components
• Perform related work as assigned
