Requirements

  • 8–12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2–3 years in a Test Lead role .
  • Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC , and professional QA methodologies.
  • Expertise in test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or TestRail .
  • Solid understanding of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium).
  • Exposure to API testing , database testing, and integration testing.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in an onsite-offshore model .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Languages Advanced Oral English.
  • Advanced Spanish.

Nice To Haves

  • Pega testing experience (Highly preferred).
  • Banking domain project experience.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Spanish language proficiency (for coordination between Mexico and Peru).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the entire testing lifecycle , including planning, execution, defect management , and reporting.
  • Define test strategy and test plans aligned with complex project requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders , including developers, business units, and offshore teams .
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and strictly monitor delivery milestones.
  • Track and report test progress , identifying risks and providing mitigation plans to leadership.
  • Drive automation adoption to improve efficiency and manage defect triage calls .
  • Mentor and guide team members to ensure productivity and high-quality output.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production validation phases.
