About The Position

As MECCA continues to grow and evolve our Core Technology landscape, we’re looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team based at our Support Centre in Richmond, Victoria. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the delivery of high-quality technology outcomes across large-scale initiatives, while also supporting ongoing BAU releases. Reporting to the Technology Delivery Manager, you will take ownership of MECCA’s testing strategy and execution across complex enterprise programs. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance strategic direction with practical delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in QA/testing, including leadership of testing streams within large-scale enterprise programs
• Proven experience defining and delivering end-to-end test strategies across complex environments
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools and frameworks, including automated and manual testing
• Experience working across system, integration, UAT and regression testing
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Design, own and continuously refine MECCA’s end-to-end test strategy across Core Technology initiatives
• Lead and oversee testing across project and BAU releases, including system, integration and user acceptance testing
• Champion quality assurance practices and embed consistent, fit-for-purpose testing frameworks
• Partner closely with technology and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and release readiness
• Grow QA capability though a combination of mentoring, continuous improvement and automation across the Core Technology landscape
• Establish RPA solutions, by identifying suitable business processes and facilitating delivery
