About The Position

Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Test Lead with Facets & Healthcare experience to join our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or MS or equivalent experience.
• Strong expertise in HealthCare Payer Business and Facets.
• Hands-on experience in Automation tools like Selenium, Test Complete, Coded UI.
• Hands-on experience in developing/implementing Automation framework.
• Ability to assist in troubleshooting the development of automation framework & Standards.
• API Testing and Automation experience.
• Exposure to advanced agile techniques like ATDD, BDD, Continuous integration & CD, DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Business and Functional Requirements review meetings, contributing to solution design based on expertise in the Healthcare domain, FACETS, and HC Applications landscape.
• Identify the scope of Automation and build Automation scripts using the Unified Automation framework Selenium, Test Complete, and Python.
• Enable Digital Assurance solutions such as Scriptless Automation (SmartBear Test Complete), Continuous Testing, and BDD solutions.
• Technological execution of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams.
• Conduct Enterprise level End to End Testing coordinating with various application owners & vendors.
• Present Daily Status Reports / Weekly Status Reports, Key Metrics to the Client Management on a regular basis.
