Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical areas.
• Good communication and documentation abilities.
• Capability to obtain EPA Universal certification for working with refrigerants.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial refrigeration and supermarket operations.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in setting up, operating, and troubleshooting test and measurement equipment, including pressure transducers, data acquisition software, and temperature probes.
• Thorough understanding of refrigerated display cases, electrical systems, and refrigeration controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Engineers in designing and validating Hillphoenix case products by conducting tests in the Engineering Test Lab.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot refrigerated display cases in collaboration with Test Engineers.
