This second shift position is responsible for performing flammability and physical property testing, ensuring quality test results, maintaining files, specifications and calibrations concerning the test lab, and supporting Quality Assurance, R & D, Technical Service and NPD activities in flammability and physical property testing. The laboratory conducts flammability and physical property testing for new business/product development (R&D and Certification Services) and quality testing (order release/shelf-life extension of product in the field/contract testing). This position may have work directed or overseen by a Senior Test Technician or Test Lab Leader.
