About The Position

The Test Lab Planner coordinates and maintains test workflows for aerospace product testing. Using Microsoft Project and EPICOR ERP, this role ensures schedules, resources, and test activities are accurately planned, tracked, and communicated across engineering, quality, and program management teams. Reports to Test-Lab Lead. Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen
Required Education: High School diploma

Nice To Haves

Preferred Education: AA degree in related discipline
Preferred Experience: 3 or more years of applicable experience
Preferred Experience: 1 or more years of experience with EPICOR ERP software

Responsibilities

Collect workflow information from product teams through request forms and review meetings
Build and maintain the test lab master schedule in Microsoft Project for capacity and availability planning
Enter finalized workflow details into EPICOR ERP to create work orders, assign resources, and track progress
Provide program teams with schedule quotes and availability estimates
Update Microsoft Project and EPICOR as hardware status or test priorities change
Identify and communicate schedule conflicts or resource constraints to the Test Lab Lead
Assist with purchasing tasks, including preparing requisitions and tracking material deliveries
Collaborate closely with test lab engineers, program managers, quality, and purchasing teams
