● Management of several cell suppliers in China
● Cell part approval
● Cell manufacturing supervision
● Cell specification discussion and alignment with Bosch System Engineering and Supplier
● Coordination with plant, supplier, and development
● Close alignment with Bosch purchasing
● Cell contact person to customers
● Responsible for time, spec, costs of the cell

Requirements

• MSc or PhD in engineering, chemistry, physics or related field
• ＞3 years experience in Li-Ion cell development
• Overview of technical expertise of Chinese cell suppliers
• Experience in automotive development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer and solution orientation
• Excellent cross-cultural skills (Germany, USA, Japan, China)
• Strong-willed
• International travelling
• Good English skill in both written and Oral
• Good spirit and ability in team work
