Raytheon is seeking successful candidate to perform any combination of the following tasks in support of the evaluation/rework/repair of various product lines including (but not limited to) RF electronics, electronics assemblies, high-power distribution assemblies, electromechanical assemblies, cable/harness assemblies, electronics rack-mount systems/chassis, circuit card assemblies, and other similar-complexity assemblies. This will be a 1st Shift 6:00am-3pm, onsite role.

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 8 years of recent relevant experience.
  • Experience with Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience of test equipment and product testing.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with use of test and evaluation measurement equipment, including (but not limited to): DMMs, Oscilloscopes, Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, RF equipment, etc.
  • Electrical/electronic evaluation/troubleshooting experience of test equipment and product testing.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power point, etc.)
  • CMES/SAP experience
  • Electrical Technical degree
  • Experience in RF, troubleshooting
  • DoD experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage an accurate records/database (ARAMIS) of all inventory supported by the APC Test & Sustainment team.
  • Project future demand and spare requirements based on internal discussions with stakeholders.
  • Provide weekly reports to stake holders on various topics including but not limited to test set availability/uptime reporting, SPS/Aramis Status, and 30/60/90 day outlook for upcoming equipment calibrations.
  • Strong sense of ownership and self-driven to meet or exceed deliverable expectations.
  • Work with senior Electrical Engineering, test technicians, and product Quality Assurance towards evaluating, repairing, and moving all calibrated equipment to proper locations.
  • Support internal and external audits and ensure regulations and all procedures are adhered to.
  • Read and interpret Assembly Drawings and Schematics
  • Maintain control of all Electro-static Sensitive Device (ESD) precautions and processes – ensuring full compliance to established ESD processes. Support the bi-annual re-certification process of all equipment.
  • Support the culture of Continuous Process Improvements (CPI) Projects
