About The Position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Spring 2025 Test Engineering Intern to support the Test Team within TLS. The intern will be involved in writing and modifying testing work instructions, documenting testing procedures, and monitoring testing activities. The role includes designing, developing, and implementing testing methods and equipment, as well as planning and arranging the necessary resources for testing. The successful candidate will collaborate with various functional groups to ensure the completion of depot operation activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Knowledge and fundamental understanding of Engineering Concepts and Methods.
• Ability to create engineering models using CAD.
• Basic understanding of different coding modalities.
• Knowledge of test equipment design and build.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of soldering.
• Understanding of basic safety protocols in manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of computer science concepts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to document and present project status to leadership.

Responsibilities
