The Co-op program is designed to combine your academic studies alongside practical work experience in engineering. Our goal is to offer breadth of exposure to the many facets of our engineering functions and internal networks from customers to management to help you navigate exciting and purposeful career development opportunities. On this program, you’ll undertake 2 placements through a broad range of projects within a variety of departments that will provide an introduction to the business portfolio, an exposure to aerospace fundamentals and a deeper dive exploration of mechanical and aerospace concepts utilizing digital methods. To complete the program, Co-op students are required to alternate between school and employment completing two structured rotations (starting June 2026 - December 2026) and summer 2027) before graduating. The Co-op must maintain a 3.0 gpa throughout the program.

  • Possess an aptitude for quick learning of concepts
  • Be enrolled full-time pursuing an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university working towards a bachelor’s degree within the STEM field

Responsibilities

  • Work under the guidance of your reporting manager, assigned to a rotational manager and other mentors throughout the program
  • Complete an exit presentation detailing work assignment and accomplishments
