Requirements

  • Available full time on site: July 13, 2026 – December 18, 2026
  • Currently enrolled at an accredited college/institution pursuing a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical, plastics, biomedical engineering or related fields
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and work as a reliable team player.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
  • Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engineering tests for product development and quality engineering projects
  • Collaborate with product development teams to design and execute test plans for design verification or early-stage feasibility studies
  • Design and/or qualify engineering test fixtures
  • Document engineering test protocols and reports
  • Engage in failure investigations and remediation efforts
