About The Position
This position involves assisting with the development of transmission and drivetrain testing. The engineer will work with Medium Wheel Loaders, Various Tractors, and other machinery to conduct tests, supervise these tests, analyze results, and make necessary software adjustments for transmission control. The role requires collaboration with component engineers to compare test results with expectations and make modifications as needed. This position involves working in a team setting, presenting results, and collaborating with various teams in an on-machine environment, including outdoor conditions.
