About The Position
As a Ship’s Self Defense System (SSDS) Test Engineer, you will support all aspects of the SSDS MK2 combat system and its peripheral system interfaces installed aboard United States Navy platforms. Support will include defining and developing rigorous test standards for the test and evaluation of United States Navy (USN) shipboard, land-based, and enterprise Integrated Combat System (ICS) products, software, and equipment in accordance with company and contractual requirements. You will meticulously review, test, validate, and verify element-level System Requirements Specification (SRS), System Subsystem Specification (SSS) and evaluate test results, and test trends and implement corrective action as needed.
