About The Position

Test Engineer - multiple levels - CLEARANCE and POLYGRAPH REQUIRED Linux, AWS, Cypress, Selenium, VS Code, Java, Java Script, Mongo DB, PostGres, TestNg, T&E WIPTs and integrated test teams to align T&E activities Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph
  • This position is open to multiple levels of years of experience; two (02) years within the last five (05) years must be directly related to the job you are applying for.
  • Eight (08) years of experience as a Test Engineer (TE) on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Math, Science, Engineering, Statistics, Engineering Management, or a related field from an accredited institution or (Alternate Qualification) Four (4) additional years of TE experience substituted in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Experience analyzing system requirements and concept of operations documents, acquisition plans, and system descriptions to develop evaluation and test plans and procedures, prepare for and conduct the data collection and analysis, and report status and results.
  • Experience supporting the development of Government test and evaluation documentation e.g., Test & Evaluation (T&E) Strategy, Test & Evaluation Master Plan, Event Test Plans, Test Readiness Assessments, and T&E Reports.
  • Experience working with other test organizations to support T&E program integration.
  • Provides specialized T&E capabilities tailored to system functions, level, maturity, and performance area as assigned in the SOW.
  • Apply Statistical Analysis of variations in performance behavior to characterize confidence in performance estimates
  • Select, develop, & use analysis tools
  • Execute the evaluation plan of data collected by the Testing Task
  • Plan and Execute Performance Data Collection
  • Plan program and event level testing for collection of data required for analysis and to synch T&E events with supported decision points
