Join us and build a career that matters! Position Overview: KODA Technologies is seeking a Test Engineer to support a DoD Customer.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in weapon system development and test engineering that supports responsibilities as described above.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with high-level guidance.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree Required (Math, Engineering, or Related Science degree. Other degrees considered if candidate has directly relevant experience).
• Experience in planning and testing of cruise, ballistic, and/or hypersonic vehicles
• Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required
• Travel: 15% is required

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic master test plans, schedules, and other required test execution documentation.
• Prepare supporting test planning products and coordinate analysis activities within an IPT forum.
• Coordinate test venues, test assets, and participants across the DOD test community.
• Apply technical expertise to assess test range, weapon system, or technology project readiness for testing.
• Support test execution events.
• Prepare and report pre/post test data to government customers.
• Advise senior government personnel on test readiness.
