About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related work experience
  • Three years of DOEHRS-IH user experience
  • Experience testing computer applications and preparing Test Plans and Test Reports
  • Experience working with cross-functional project teams using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Familiarity with Industrial Hygiene and Environmental Protection work
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a remote work environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of people, processes, and tools
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and a Public Trust Tier 1 required

Responsibilities

  • Conduct manual and standard regression testing as part of Agile/Scrum software development
  • Investigate problems in the software discovered in testing
  • Work with quality assurance (QA), software developers, and DOEHRS-IH subject matter experts to find solutions
  • Develop Test Plans and Test Reports
  • Coordinate and communicate with QA/Test Team and DOEHRS-IH Stakeholders
  • Participate in scrum meetings
