This position is essential in ensuring that Czinger components and assemblies meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and performance. You will design custom hardware, develop test methods, and execute validation activities that drive engineering decisions and product quality. We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer with strong mechanical engineering fundamentals and a deep understanding of design-for-test, manufacturing processes, and structural validation. The ideal candidate is proficient in CAD, comfortable collaborating with machine shops and technicians, and able to translate engineering requirements into robust test hardware and repeatable test setups.
