About The Position

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans humanoid robots and their sub systems including but not limited to Battery pack, actuators, linkages, hands etc Design and automate test frameworks for continuous integration and hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing. Conduct functional, regression, stress, and field testing on both hardware and software components. Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, software, and AI teams to understand system requirements and identify potential failure modes. Troubleshoot and analyze issues found during testing, and work with engineering teams to drive resolution. Document and report defects and performance issues clearly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with relevant safety and performance standards (e.g., ISO 10218, ANSI/RIA R15.06). Support the development of test benches, simulation environments, and diagnostic tools. Maintain clear records of testing outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement of test processes. 3+ years of experience in testing mechatronic or robotic systems, preferably humanoid or bipedal robots. Strong understanding of sensor integration, actuator performance, and real-time systems. Hands-on experience with tools such as ROS, MATLAB/Simulink, Python, C++, or LabVIEW. Proficiency in developing automated test scripts and test infrastructure. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and documentation abilities.
