About The Position

The primary role of the Test Engineer is to lead software testing activities within a mission-critical Agile development environment. You’ll own the release process, support automated and manual testing, and collaborate with developers and analysts to validate functionality, performance, and stability.

Requirements

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in development of test solutions to support testing in a production environment, including on-going support
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium, JMeter)
• Familiarity with test planning, defect management, and QA documentation
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• An active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD, Robot Framework, and cloud-based test environments
• Experience in Agile or DevSecOps environments
• Ability to evaluate complex systems for readiness and stability

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute automated and manual test plans
• Lead performance, regression, and readiness testing across multiple environments
• Document discrepancies and maintain issue tracking systems
• Guide readiness reviews and participate in sprint-level QA reviews
• Provide test documentation and metrics for customer reporting
• Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD pipelines and test coverage
