About The Position

As a Test Engineer in our Product Development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cost-effective methods for testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment throughout the product development and manufacturing phases. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. Working with moderate guidance, you will plan labor, schedules, and equipment requirements for testing and evaluating both standard and specialized devices, while continuously developing your technical expertise in test engineering.

Requirements

• Ability to design structured test methodologies that thoroughly validate product functionality against specifications, with competence in applying standard test principles.
• Proficiency in creating and executing diagnostic programs to effectively identify product defects and performance issues across development phases.
• Experience designing and developing moderate-complexity test fixtures and equipment that accurately measure product parameters.
• Capability to define clear test setups and write detailed procedures that ensure consistent testing approaches and results.
• Skills in estimating and coordinating resource requirements for testing activities, including scheduling and equipment allocation.
• Demonstrated analytical approach to identifying and resolving moderately complex technical problems in systems and equipment.
• Working knowledge of quality standards and ability to implement appropriate testing processes to meet quality requirements.
• Understanding of qualification testing methodologies and ability to lead qualification efforts for assigned product lines.
• Technical knowledge of PCB design principles and ability to design boards for test setups and evaluation purposes.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in test engineering or a related discipline.

• Lead qualification efforts for product lines to meet market standards and customer requirements.
• Design and oversee the manufacture of PCBs for test setups and evaluation boards that enable effective product testing.
