About The Position

Test Engineer, Lead The Opportunity: When a user tries a new system, they expect it to be intuitive and run smoothly. That’s why we need you, a test engineering expert who knows how to thoroughly test software and hardware and work with other engineers to make sure our team releases the best product possible. As a test engineer on our team, you’ll lead your team as they work with engineers to evaluate products. You’ll oversee the creation of a test plan with test cases based on requirements and user stories. You’ll generate data and implement the test cases to observe how the system performs, then document the results and communicate defects to the development team so they can start improving the product. Requirements

6+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
Experience developing test plans, writing test procedures, evaluating test data, and determining product acceptability
Ability to troubleshoot test issues, identify root causes, create corrective action processes
Secret clearance
Master's degree in engineering and 12+ years of experience in systems engineering
Systems Engineering Certification

Nice To Haves

Experience in test & evaluation as a Subject Matter Expert
Possession of excellent organizational, problem solving, and verbal and written communication skills
Top Secret clearance
Doctorate degree in engineering and 9+ years of experience in systems engineering
Completion of Professional Engineering license program
