Requirements

• Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Performing structural, hydraulic, vibration, noise, and software validation testing on components and complete machines in both lab and field settings
• Conducting engineering test validations to assess performance, reliability, and durability of vehicle systems
• Analyzing test data and performing failure analyses to identify issues and potential design improvements
• Coordinating field test activities to collect data relevant to equipment operations
• Preparing test reports that summarize findings, identify adjustments to component dimensions (size, strength, material, etc.), and recommend improvements to Design Engineering
• Applying engineering principles, practices, and calculations to propose solutions that support engineering and manufacturing objectives
