We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Test Engineer III.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in software/system testing.
• Proficiency in software testing and scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior engineers.
• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security Plus, Linux Plus and Computing Environment Certifications for Windows.
• Holds or able to obtain a minimum DoD Secret security clearance, Top Secret preferred.
• Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
• Domestic and International travel to Military Installations in support of JLCCTC Program activities is required.

Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive test plans, advanced scripts, and testing procedures.
• Provide detailed feedback to developers regarding usability and functionality.
• Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
• Develop and implement quality assurance standards, methods, or procedures.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements.
• Conduct advanced debugging and troubleshooting for program or system malfunctions.
• Plan test schedules or strategies in alignment with project delivery dates.
