We are seeking dynamic thinkers who could be integral team members for our high-tech avionics' products. Here are examples of what you will be doing: You will challenge the status quo for how we do Engineering. Like many Aerospace and Defense companies, we grew up in a waterfall/stage-gate process and standard V-Model. We know rigid strategies will not work in the dynamic, global environment we have now. We have developed and will continue to develop Agile philosophies in our design factory. Every team member is encouraged to challenge the way we do business. We use continuous improvement to drive productivity, allowing more focus on core design tasks. This is key if you value defining your own future and creating new opportunities. You will do actual design work. First and foremost, we want to be design engineers doing design work. This means applying creativity and continuous improvement to ensure we do actual design work, not bureaucratic paperwork. You will grow domain knowledge and best practices to pass this knowledge on to the next generation of engineers.
