This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. You will do actual design work. First and foremost, we want to be design engineers doing design work. This means applying creativity and continuous improvement to ensure we do actual design work, not bureaucratic paperwork. You will grow domain knowledge and best practices to pass this knowledge on to the next generation of engineers. Who are we looking for: We are hiring for a Test Engineer 1 level position, where individuals at this level work under direct supervision. They are responsible for entry level engineering duties. They use basic knowledge of engineering fundamentals within their degree program to complete project subtasks. It is typical that these individuals interact with internal customers and teams to complete tasks; however, may have limited exposure to external customers. The individual must be able to meet all minimum standards within 90 days.
