About The Position

Develop and execute test methods for testing of medical devices per established product specifications
Conduct hands-on testing including simulated use, mechanical testing and root cause investigations
Analyze generated data using statistics and image analysis techniques
Communicate test results to the R&D team
Participate in the development of scripts for automation of testing & data analysis
Assist in additional R&D activities as needed
Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience with mechanical testing and data analysis
• Working knowledge of basic statistics
• Ability to analyze, understand and communicate technical information
• Organization and attention to detail
• Adept at managing multiple tasks, prioritization and working with others
• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, physics, or a related technical area.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with analysis of biomedical image data a plus
• Interest in medical device design, engineering, or manufacturing
