You will be the Test Engineer, working as part of the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Supplier Quality Management team, to ensure the quality of special processes used by subtier suppliers in the production of hardware for multiple LM Aero programs. What You Will Be Doing As the Test Engineer, you will be responsible for performing surveillance and risk assessments at multiple special process sources, ensuring long-term defect reduction and elimination, and ensuring subtier compliance to contractual quality requirements. Your responsibilities will include: Performing surveillance and risk assessments at multiple special process sources to identify potential quality risks and ensure compliance with contractual requirements. Collaborating with executive leadership at supplier sites and at LM Aero to solve technical and contractual issues and ensure execution aligns with quality and affordability goals. Ensuring long-term defect reduction and elimination to continuously reduce the cost of poor quality associated with procured products. Ensuring subtier compliance to contractual quality requirements, as they relate to LM Aero product. Traveling 50%-75% to supplier sites to perform surveillance and risk assessments, and to collaborate with executive leadership.
