About The Position

We are seeking a Test Director to lead test planning and execution for advanced space systems and mission-critical hardware. This role ensures tests satisfy system requirements, are executed safely and efficiently, and provide clear, actionable data to support engineering and program decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of aerospace test experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience planning and executing complex test campaigns and readiness reviews.
• Strong risk management, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Spacecraft, missile, or high-performance system test experience.
• Experience with qualification, acceptance, and system-level testing.
• Active U.S. security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate tests to satisfy system requirements, including scheduling and coordination with support agencies.
• Lead test execution, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and directing test activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental practices throughout testing.
• Prepare and submit test documentation and summary reports for review.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers and technicians to ensure successful test outcomes.
