Are you ready for your next challenge?!The System Test Design Lead (TDL) champions product calibration and test strategy while balancing tradeoffs between quality / customer experience and operational requirements (assembly/test processes and costs).Experience with FMEA and FA processes - root-cause investigations of issues and recommendations for design improvements. Knowledge of statistical data analysis methods. Engineering build leadership, ownership for factory cal/test strategy and bringup interfacing with factory teams. Have an understanding of physics and electronics; is capable of applying creativity, common sense, and technical skills to tackle sophisticated problems. Outstanding problem solving ability. Prior technical leadership and/or project management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to travel domestic (if required by home location,~3day trips) and internationally 5-10% of the time in 10-12 day trips.
