About The Position

Qualis LLC is seeking an experienced Test Coordinator to support our government customer at Resdtone Arsenal, AL. The selected candidate will support the coordination of the full range of test and evaluation activities; will collaborate with test leads and a wide range of subject matter experts to support facilitation of capability-based test teams, test execution, and organize, author, review, and revise test documents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Understanding of Agile practices and methods
• Basic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction
• 5+ years experience in program management, system test, or planning and execution of other types of analytic activities
• Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• TS Clearance with SCI Eligibility

Nice To Haves

• Ten years of experience in program management, system test, or planning and execution of other types of analytic activities

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support all capability-centric teaming and knowledge management activities and tools (e.g., Scrum meetings, Confluence presence, Jira task tracking, document version control and accountability).
• Support development and management of capability requirements traceability, verification and validation plans activities
• Support other systems engineering processes and documents
• Support logistics of day-of- test activities
• Other test-related activities as system and needs evolve
