As a Test Center Administrator, you will foster a welcoming atmosphere for test takers, ensuring their comfort and confidence throughout the process. You will be the guardian of exam security, conducting meticulous checks to maintain a trustworthy testing environment. Your responsibilities will include verifying customer/test taker personal identification documents and explaining the exam testing process and rules. You will conduct visual and physical security and identity checks on test takers, following company policies using careful judgment. Additionally, you will champion accessibility by offering support to individuals with special requirements and invigilate exams while ensuring efficient delivery of tests to test takers. You will set up workstations and equipment flawlessly, ensuring the stage is set for success, and uphold the highest standards of integrity by supervising tests impeccably. Troubleshooting with internal departments, such as IT, to fix any technical issues in the Test Center will also be part of your role. You will perform test center opening and closing procedures and some housekeeping duties, such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards/workstations after each test taker has finished their exam. You will be the bridge between dreams and reality, providing test results that shape careers, and ensuring all test center and wider PSI policies and procedures are followed. Working with management and colleagues to build effective relationships and deliver an excellent experience for all test takers is essential. Completing all training requirements and annual refreshers to stay compliant and ensure knowledge of PSI operations and delivery remains accurate is also required.
