About The Position
Prometric is a trusted leader in global test development and delivery solutions for various markets including academic, corporate, financial, government, healthcare, professional associations, and technology. As a Test Center Administrator (TCA), you will collaborate with another TCA to provide exceptional customer service, administer computerized exams, proctor exams, and ensure the safety and integrity of the examination process. This role is crucial in maintaining the standards of testing and providing a secure environment for candidates. This part-time position offers a starting pay of $15 per hour, with the potential for a $0.50 raise after meeting certain requirements within the first 60 days. Additionally, the pay increases to $20 per hour for weekend shifts, along with annual raises thereafter. The position requires flexibility as you will be expected to work both weekday and weekend shifts as needed. The expected hours for this role are approximately 15 hours per week, primarily during the day shift. The work location is in-person at the Prometric Testing Center located at 67 Millbrook Street, Worcester, MA 01606. Candidates must be willing to relocate to this area before starting work.
