Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ETL or SQL Testing
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Automation Frameworks (Selenium or TOSCA)
Associate's degree

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree
Experience as a QA Lead
Cloud Data Migration Testing, Oracle Cloud Financials General Ledger
Banking Industry Experience

Responsibilities

Leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
Develop and implement innovative testing strategies that enhance overall quality and efficiency.
Mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Analyze testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in testing practices.
